    SAFE AND NON-TOXIC ENVIRONMENT

According to Government Statistics, about 20% of students ages 12-18 experience bullying. Research indicates that persistent bullying can lead to or worsen feelings of isolation, rejection, exclusion, and despair, as well as depression and anxiety, which can contribute to suicidal behavior. Learn more here.

Bullying does not just happen in person anymore, it happens online. Not only do we teach our players about how to protect themselves from cyber bullying, but we also provide a safe and fun space where they can be themselves. We do not tolerate bullying or teasing in any way – we want our coaches and our players to lift or esports athletes up and teach them how to have winning attitudes. We have our own managed discord channel that players can communicate with each other and arrange games at home with each other when they are not at XP League.

    MEET NEW FRIENDS

XP League esports is about fun and meeting new friends. The players always arrive at our arena for the first time nervous and anxious – that is normal. They leave saying “wow” and making new friends in the process. For every title of game we play, we divide up into teams. On these teams, different players have different responsibilities and must communicate with each other to reach a goal or an objective.

If professional esports is in your child’s future, we want them to enjoy the process in getting there. We are an in-person environment. Although we allow some players to log in when they are sick or traveling, we want our players to be at practice and to be there for our matches. This lends to making friends and being a part of your team.
